		<description>I agree.  It&#039;s hard to get much accomplished since every time you&#039;re about to &quot;get into the groove&quot; you get distracted.  And it keeps getting worse with things like Blackberries and cell phones with IM so that you&#039;re no longer just distracted while in front of your computer, but even in the evening at home with your family.

Here&#039;s another article which gives some imperial data to the amount of time lost by online distractions:
